개인정보 처리방침

1. 고유식별정보 수집 및 이용

당사는 외국인 관광객 대상 부가가치세 환급(Tax Refund) 전표 발행 서비스를 제공하기 위해 아래와 같이 고유식별정보를 수집·이용합니다.

• 수집 항목: 여권 성명(영문), 여권 번호, 국적, 생년월일, 성별, 여권 만료일
• 수집 목적: 세금 환급 전표(Tax Refund Receipt) 발행 및 환급 처리, 관계 법령에 따른 거래 기록 보관
• 수집 방법: OCR(카메라 스캔) 또는 직접 입력
• 보유 기간: 관련 법령이 정한 기간(전자상거래법 5년 등)에 따라 서버에 보관 후 파기. 수집 즉시 HTTPS 암호화 전송되며, 사용자 기기 내에는 영구 저장되지 않습니다.
• 제3자 제공: 세무당국, 환급 처리 기관 등 법령에 의한 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

2. 보안

수집된 개인정보는 전송 시 TLS/HTTPS 암호화 통신을 통해 보호됩니다. 앱에서 수집한 여권 정보는 서버 전송 즉시 기기 메모리에서 제거되며, 앱 내 로컬 저장소(기기)에 저장되지 않습니다.

3. 계정 탈퇴 및 정보 삭제

이용자는 앱 내 '회원 탈퇴' 메뉴를 통해 고객센터(cs@linktaxfree.com / 1555-0367)로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 요청이 접수되면 담당자가 처리하며, 수집된 개인정보는 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관 후 완전히 삭제됩니다.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Identification Information

We collect and use the following personal identification information to provide our tax refund (VAT refund) receipt issuance service for foreign tourists visiting Korea.

• Information collected: Passport name (English), passport number, nationality, date of birth, gender, passport expiry date
• Purpose: Issuance of tax refund receipts and processing of refunds; record-keeping as required by applicable laws
• Collection method: OCR (camera scan) or manual input
• Retention period: Retained on our servers for the period required by law (e.g., 5 years under the E-Commerce Act) then destroyed. Data is transmitted immediately via HTTPS encryption and is NOT stored permanently on the user's device.
• Third-party sharing: Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law (e.g., tax authorities, refund processing agencies).

2. Security

All data collected is protected by TLS/HTTPS encryption during transmission. Passport information collected through the app is removed from device memory immediately after transmission to our server and is never stored in local device storage.

3. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion via the 'Withdraw Account' menu within the app. This opens a dialog with our customer support contacts (email: cs@linktaxfree.com / phone: 1555-0367). Deletion requests are processed by our support team, and all collected personal data is permanently deleted after the legally required retention period.
